1．make+名詞（代詞）+動詞不定式短語，-ed分詞短語，介詞短語，名詞短語，形容詞或形容詞短語。如：

在此句型中，通常用it作形式賓語，而動詞不定式或從句才是真正的賓語，而且要後置。例如：

當然，除了接形容詞作賓補外，還可以接名詞、動詞的過去分詞等作賓補。例如：

(2) make + sb. / sth. + 省略to的動詞不定式, 意為「使某人或某物做某事」。例如：

Our English teacher often makes us retell the texts. 我們的英語老師經常讓我們復述課文。

當把這樣的句子變為被動語態時，原句中省略的動詞不定式符號to必須要還原。如把上面的句子變為被動語態，應為：

We are often made to retell the texts (by our English teacher).

3. make還可以構成大量短語：

make a decision (下決定) , make a face / faces （做鬼臉）, make friends with （與……交友）, make progress (取得進步)，make sure （確信、弄清楚）, make up one's mind （下決心）等。
